This is a 5” Long Winchester 1-Blade Texas Toothpick Folding Pocket Knife Reproduction made under license by Bluegrass Cutlery Company using the old Winchester tools and dies. This knife in mint condition just like it came out of the factory. The knife has a single 4” long carbon steel saber clip point blade. The unused and unsharpened saber clip blade still has its original factory mirror polish and its original factory edge. It also still has the original black ink stamping on the front face that reads WINCHESTER (in a Gothic like font and underlined) with flourishes on each end (over) TRADE MARK. Stamped on the front tang is WINCHESTER (over) -TRADE MARK- (over) MADE IN USA. Stamped on the rear tang is 1036 (over) ‘92. The blade has an excellent hard snap on both open and close. This knife has a great set of multi-colored green, red, gold and black glitter celluloid scales. They’re free of any cracks, splits or missing chips. Each scale has 3 brass handle pins. There’s an elongated nickel silver pointed shield inlaid flush in the front scale. Deeply stamped inside the shield is WINCHESTER. The knife has mirror polished rounded nickel silver rounded bolsters and mirror polished clasp style nickel silver end caps. All are free of any dents, dings or visible scratches. The blade liners are polished brass. The knife has a single heavy duty steel back spring. It’s free of any cracks or breaks and it continues to perform the functions it was designed to perform.
