Case XX  5172   NARLEY STAG   BULLDOG

This knife is in as new, never carried and never re-sharpened condition. The blade is 4-1/2” tip to tang, with an overall length of 9-3/4” when fully opened. It’s got the Case XX 5172 front tang stamp with Hand Made U.S.A. on the reverse. I believe this knife is a true XX  1950 to 1964. However, the box, might be from early 90’s era. With beautiful matching Stag Scales (handles), nickel bolsters and brass liners. The blade has a good snap when closing and solid click when opening.  There is a slight blade scrape on the reverse side, not very visible, but it’s there. You don’t see many of these knives around now days.
