German Eye Brand Carl Schlieper Sodbuster Yellow Comp Handles
This is a Carl Schlieper German Eye brand sodbuster made in Solingen Germany. This came from a collection I purchased from a knife wholesaler in Solingen Germany so this is new old stock. Not sure if this was a factory second or if this developed an issue over time. The handles are coming unglued at the left end on both front and back, see photos. The handles are chip and crack free yellow composite material. The blade has not been used or resharpened and retains its factory edge. There is a spot of corrosion on the blade edge. Good snap and no wobble or play. Measures 4 1/2" closed OAL. No box since this was sold in Germany and these aren't sold in boxes there. Free shipping within the USA. Priced with the defect in mind.
