Hello, another from my collection.  Here is a new old stock French "BEE" style country knife, the epitome of classic French folding cutlery.    Laguiole is a region in France where this style knife developed.  There are many manufacturers in the region, some are very good and other not as good.  This knife probably came from one of the smaller lesser known manufacturers but it is still a decent knife and well made.   It has not be used for anything, nor carried, and is a must have even if you're not French, because eveyone likes cheese and wine, right?  It has a 3.875" blade and is 8.5" overall.  The blade is 440 stainless steel with the traditional French shape and grind.  The back spacer has the "BEE" on it.   It is perfect for bread, wine & cheese outtings.   Gromit told me that Wallace had one for his "cheese".   Shipping and insurance is by purchaser.  Checks and pay pal are acceptable.  Note, I can not ship to P.O.
