Colt went bankrupt in 2015 and ceased making knives, they are still making firearms.  The price on Colt knives have been increasing lately and now is a good time to collect them.  This canoe features chip and crack free black stag handles which are really bone stag.  The jigging on these looks very close to stag, except for the little lines in the jigging.  The stainless steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edge.  Match strike pulls and pinched and lined bolsters are a nice touch.  The only issue I see with this one is there is a small gap between the front slab and the liner on the bottom side, see pictures.  Priced with this small defect in mind.   Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  Made in China.  Comes with the original collector's box.  Free shipping within the USA.
