Colt filed for bankruptcy in 2015.  While the reorganized Colt company still makes guns, they ended the licenses for Colt knives, Since 2016 no new Colt knives are being produced.  Now is a good time to collect Colt knives.  Prices have been rising on Colt pocket knives as more people realize that they are no longer being made and after buyinig a colt knife, you realize how well these knives were made.  This knife has some very rich looking stag handles that are chip and crack free.  The stainless blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edge.  Measures 3 3/4" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  This knife reminds me of the Ccngress knives made by Robt Klaas and Carl Schieper and are as well made.  Comes with the original box.  Made in China.  Free shipping within the USA
