PATTERN :   5254 Trapper and this one is a later model. 

CLOSED LENGTH :   Just over 4 1/8th inches long.

HANDLES :   Stag with cracks at the center pin on both sides.

TANG STAMPS :   The tang of the clip blade is stamped CASE (over) XX.  The pile side of the tang is stamped 5254.

CONDITION :   The knife has been carried, used and sharpened. There is a pin crack.

BOX:   None

DAMAGE :   Normal usage, pin crack.

AGE :   1940-1964

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN :   USA

BLADE WEAR :   There is blade loss to use and sharpening so be sure to check the photos.

SHIELD AND BLADE ETCH :   The shield is a XX Case shield and there is no etch. 

SNAP :   Excellent on both blades, opening and closing.
