There are visable grind marks on the flat part of the blade not completly polished out. The blade was originally stamped 2ND at the factory but the previous owner removed the stamp with buffing or polishing.

Skelonized metal handles with holes and T latch that locks up smoothly and tight

This knife is completly functional with the expected Benchmade great flipping. Benchmade does not normally sell 2NDs but they made an exception on these without giving up any function of fit or action.
