German Style Springer. Similar to Hubertus 8"
A German style 8" springer similar to Hubertus but with solid stainless bosters and liners, and faux stag scales. This is a very tight and hard firing knife. Fires harder than a Hubertus, probably because it has a one piece kick and back spring. It may have been made in Italy although the tang stamp says Rostfrei. Has a rock solid lock-up. Excellent condition, some age peppering, may have been carried but obviously never really used, retains the extra sharp factory edge. Would be an excellent everyday carry without risking a costlier Hubertus. This knife was brought from germany by the oeriginal owner around the 1980s. Blade =3.5" stainless
