Great Eastern Cutlery Tidioute #462213STL Whaler, Cocobolo Wood Handle, New (GEC 46). The Whaler is one of GEC's biggest knives and popular with collectors. It has only been produced in 3 runs (2011, 2013, 2018) besides rendezvous knives. This one was produced in 2013 and has steel liners and bolsters. No other production runs of Whalers were made with steel liners and bolsters so these are very hard to find. This knife is one of fifty made with Cocobolo Handles. I've also heard that because of the challenge making this model it will not be made again. 

- Never carried, used or sharpened. There is some light patina on the front top bolster. Also some tiny pepper spots on the backside of the main blade and small blade. These items are all pictured. I don't see any other condition issues. See the pictures as they represent the condition accurately. 

- Functions great, excellent snap opening and closing on both blades. Both blades can be opened comfortably and are not nail breakers like some Whaler blades are. 

- Approximately 7 1/4 inch total length with main blade open, approximately 3 inch main blade, 2 inch secondary blade. 

- Includes original tube and wax paper.
