This is a Used and Sharpened Vintage Antique U.S. Made H. BOKER & CO’S IMPROVED CUTLERY 2-Blade Bareheaded Jack Folding Pocket Knife with a Used and Sharpened Carbon Steel Spear Point Main Blade with a Common Nail Pull, a Used and Sharpened Carbon Steel Pen Secondary Blade with a Common Nail, a Set of Black Ebony Wood Scales with No Cracks, Splits or Missing Chips, Four (4) Brass Handle Pins in Each Scale, Brightly Polished Nickel Silver Bolsters, Brightly Polished Brass Liners, Two Brightly Polished Steel Back Springs with No Cracks or Breaks, 3 3/8” in Length, Made in the Boker factory located in Newark, New Jersey Between c.1899 and the early 1920’s

This early vintage U.S. made Boker has a used and sharpened carbon steel spear point main blade with a common nail pull. Both faces have some scratches from use and sharpening and just a few teeny micro-pits. Stamped on the front tang is H. BOKER & CO’S (over) IMPROVED (over) CUTLERY. Stamped on the rear tang is the Boker Tree Brand tree logo used during that period. It also has a used and sharpened carbon steel pen secondary blade with a common nail pull. Both faces have scratches from use and sharpening but are otherwise pretty clean. Stamped on the front tang is H. BOKER & CO’S (over) CUTLERY (over) GERMANY. Stamped on the rear tang is the Boker Tree Brand tree logo used during that time period. Both blades still have hard open and close snap and hard half-stops. The knife has a set of black Ebony wood scales in excellent condition with no cracks, splits or missing chips. There are four (4) brass handle pins in each scale. The knife has brightly polished German Silver bolsters. The knife has polished brass liners and two polished steel back springs. Both back springs are free of any cracks or breaks and both continue to perform the functions they were designed to perform. This vintage H BOKER & CO’S IMPROVED CUTLERY Barehead Jack Folding Pocket Knife is 3 3/8” in length.
