This old Congress has really captured my attention and a bit of affection.  Not certain of the age but from the patina on the backsprings I would guess it was made in the 80's.  This is a gently used and carried Congress.  The brown jigged bone handles just make you want to hold this knife.  The bone is chip and crack free, but is pocket worn with smoothness of the handles.  This knife just feels good in hand like it's already broken in.  The stainless steel blades have been used and came to me dull as a butter knife on all 4 blades.  There is very little blade loss, it wasn't sharpened much.  I did sharpen the blades and it now will cut hair on my arm.  All the blades snap great with no wobble or play.  Measures 3 3/4" closed OAL.  I hope someone will buy this and use it, you will be pleased with a knife that feels like an old friend from the start.  Made in Solingen Germany by Bertram Cutlery for Hen and Rooster.  No box.  Free shipping within the USA.
