CASE TESTED XX (1920-40) 6185 Red Bone Doctor's Knife

Beautiful red bone handles on both sides, however, as I am showing in the photos, there is a tiny hair line on the back handle.
I had to zoom in to show it. 
The blade is nice and tight, and locks up in the open and half position with a great snap. 
There is the pattern number on the back, however it is very light. (see photos) 
The stamp on the front tang has Case Tested XX
As many of you already know, you do not find many of these red bone handles in the tested era. 
Looks to have been lightly cleaned at some point
