CONDITION:  Fine Condition for a book or Mint Condition if this were a knife.  

The only issues I see with this book involve the cover; scuffing of the paper cover is quite common with this type of book and this one has a few of those scuffs. See the pictures of the front and rear cover. The lower left corner of the front cover folded partially over when I was making the photocopy of the cover, something similar happened with the back cover and there’s partial crease in it, though neither crease in either cover have been completely folded.   If you need more pictures, I will be happy to take them. I took the pictures with the camera instead of with a copy machine because the binding on this book has not been broken. To open the pages fully to lay it flat on a usually breaks the bindings of this type of book in my experience. The front and rear copies of the outside covers were made on a copy machine with the book fully closed.   The inside looks pristine, no marks, tears or folded pages. Comes from a smoke-free home.  

ADDITIONAL INFO:   I am a knife guy and I also like books. I am not a book seller, except when I find uncommon books in high demand like LG4, especially in such good condition. I’m not sure about grading the condition of used books. I pulled this grading system off the web. I would grade this book as FINE by the book grading standards I found online. If this were a knife, I would call it Mint Condition.   Book Grading Standards: FINE:   No defects, as new when first purchased (Like New) NEAR FINE:  May have 1 or 2 very minor defects.  VERY GOOD:  Used condition, same as above only it may have two or three more minor defects such as small tears, scratches, small stains to covers, or minor tears and creases to inside pages. GOOD:  As above only it may have a split hinge, larger tears to covers, soiling or staining of covers, whatever the defect it should be described in detail. FAIR:   As above with folds and tears throughout, markings to content. POOR:   As above with loose bindings, missing and torn pages throughout.
