Queen Cutlery #19A Amber Handled Trapper Glazed Finish: 4 1/8” closed, circa 1957, Q STEEL, etched blade, amber handles with no chips or cracks, stainless steel blades and springs, brass liners, NS bolsters, good snap, never sharpened or carried. For a short time, in an effort to save some production cost, Queen made some of their patterns with a glazed finish on the blades rather that the high polish that customers were used to seeing. The customers did not like the glazed finish so Queen dropped this idea. This is one of those rare knives with a glazed finished blade. Mint with no box.
