The K'ROO custom is a new K'roo  pattern, "Mac" Knife ,similar patterns by different makers called Dinos, Apaches, Natives, Chaos,or as Birdvis says a Hitchcock. A slightly curved gun stock handle covered in Kingwood with red G-10 liners,3.5" closed, comes with a N690 modified sheepsfoot blade and N690 back spring. Pins, frame and both shields are SS. Has a 4 pull, half stop and gator snap. Weighs 2.5 ozs , video avaible. All the xtras cost extra, the filework, the double shield and the very polished finish. In the custom world the makers time is what you're buying, mostly materials make up only about 20-25% of finished product. These new Kroos offer you a entry level price from a 8 year veteran of the custom world in my opinion the best bang for your buck. This same knife from a US based maker would be $600 simply because the cost of living is higher here than in South Africa.
