Kershaw makes some of the finest knives for everyday use, I have carried a Kershaw for over 20 years and know from experience.  No matter where they are made USA, Japan or even China all Kershaws are top quality knives.  This Corral Creek knife is a discontinued model.  Made many years ago in Seki Japan this knife features a wickedly sharp stainless blade that has not been used or resharpened with nice finger grooves on the top of the blade.  The frame and handles are stainless as well.  The cross groved handles are ABS and are chip and crack free.  The run up, where the blade and backspring meet, is the typical Japanese tight, see pictures.  Locks up tight with a very satisfying click.  Measures 3 1/4" closed OAL.  Comes with the original box.
