DAMAGE:   Slight wear

BLADE WEAR:   Blade appears full though I believe I did sharpen it, which I think was probably the first time had been sharpened.

ADDITIONAL INFO:     This Kershaw pipe smokers knife is a very rare collectible. I have collected old Kershaw catalogs and advertisements. There is only one place in print that I have seen this knife listed and it was a 1977. 

I managed a small chain of pipe stores in the cutlery store starting about 1980 or 81 and the pipe smokers knife had been discontinued by that time, as I recall. It was several years later when I was able to purchase a used 2003. It's an amazing tool if you're a pipe smoker, the design is well thought out in the simplicity of it makes it very easy to use. If you are a Kershaw collector, this is one you definitely want to grab!
