This is another tough knife to nail down the specifics on.  After spending several hours researching this knife, here is what I know.  These were made most likely in the early 2000's by Boker in Solingen Germany.  Worthpoint says the blade is carbon steel but I think it's stainless with a bead blast finish.  The bolsters and liners look like stainless as well w/ a brush finish, look at the pictures and you decide.  The Russell logo on these is different from the logo's on other Russell knives made by Boker, that I cannot account for.  Other Boker made Russell's have an arrow with about 6 lines of feathers this one is closer to the original Russell logo w/ only 3 and the bolsters are ringed and stamped on the mark side and the pile side which is also different from others made at this time.  The saw cut yellow bone is very well done with a nice brown toasted look and is chip and crack free.  The pins are made of brass.  The blade has me perplexed.  It looks completely unused, however when you hold this in the light and look down the cutting edge you can see variances in the edge that wouldn't normally be there.  It looks as though someone sharpened it, perhaps at the factory, with a machine that wasn't quite long enough to reach the entire blade so it was sharpened in stages.  It's very hard to capture what I am talking about in pictures.  If you are going to put this up in your collection and not use, then it's not an issue.  If you plan on using this one, you should probably plan on resharpening this before you use it, it's not very sharp.
