You don't find these every day. Here's a 1970s vintage Case Copperhead model 6249. It looks to me to have 6 dots on the tang but the bolster partially obscures the view so I can't guarantee that is exactly correct. At any rate it's a dotted model indicating it was produced in the 1970s. This knife has beautiful bone handles, nickel silver shield and bolsters, brass pins and liners and Case carbon steel blades. With the exception of one small pepper spot on the main blade, this knife looks like it did when it left the factory nearly 40 years ago. It has never been used, carried, or resharpened. You won't be disappointed with this beauty!
