BLADE WEAR:   The blade appears to have been well cared for.

AGE:     According to “Goins Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings,” it seems to have been made between 1878 and 1832.

MADE IN:   U.S.A.

ADDITIONAL INFO:     This probably sold originally as a carving set but I acquired it as an individual piece. It is a beautiful old knife, with a style, grace and elegance that is seldom seen in production knives these days
