HANDLES:   Jigged bone, I want to call in Rogers bone, but I don’t think it is, though it is very close. It has a greenish tinged to the smooth portions of the bone where it has been hafted. Quite pretty handles!

BLADES:   Spear blade with long pull and pen blade

LINERS:   Aluminum

LANYARD LOOP:  Has an intact lanyard loop with decorative design at each end of the loop by the pin hole.

TANG STAMPS:   UTICA/FEATHERWEIGHT/PAT. APL.

CONDITION:   Very Good To Excellent

DAMAGE:   Mostly use wear to bolsters and use of blade, patina on blades.

ADDITIONAL INFO:      I am not a scout knife collector, so I don’t know a great deal about this knife, though I have been aware of them for a number of years. I believe this knife was made with aluminum bolsters and liners as part of a effort to make a lighter weight pocketknife. This would be a nice knife for a Girl Scout or for a collector.
