Blackie Collins desgined knife made for law enforcement officers by Smith & Wesson in Springfield, MA. Knife has never been sharpened and comes with its orignal box, sheath, and literature. Model 6060 and serial # 16194.  A few issues to note The snap buttons on the sheath have drawn some tarnish and it looks as if the mark side of the knife has water spots on it. Not deep into the wood type of defects, but they are visible. I don't know if they make an advanced wood restoration product that would clean this up or not? It is as shown. Rather than descibe the details on this you can read for yourself in the literature.
