CONDITION:   Excellent

DAMAGE:   Normal use and wear. The end of the file blade appears to be a screwdriver I am not certain if that is the way the blade left the factory or if it has been broken off somewhere. There are a couple scratches on the rear handle.

BLADE WEAR:   The blades appear to be full to me, but I don’t know great deal about Robeson knives.

SNAP:   Good snap with all blades but a little bit weaker on the secondary blades.

ADDITIONAL INFO:      This is a neat Robeson Suredge whittler. The center liner is tapered so that the master blade rests on the ends of both springs, it has nice strong snap. The swedge and grind lines on the master blade are distinct and not buffed down there is also a swedge ground along the spine on the backside of the pen blade to prevent blade rubbing in the whittler pattern. This line to his readily visible and not over buffed. One of the things that appeal to me about this knife or that the lines of these blades were still pretty crisp. I am not an authority upon Robeson knives by any stretch of the imagination, I just thought this was pretty cool.
