Puma Germany Stag Super Set Knives with the Original Green Leather Sheath c.Pre-1964 - 4 Pictures just isn't enough to detail this set so I will try my best to describe them (Please Email me for additional pictures) - First off there are No Date Codes which makes these made prior to 1964 - The Large Knife is Tang Stamed Front: PUMA-WAIDBLATT nach Oberforstmeister FREVERT Rear: PUMA-WERK Germany BEST.Nr. 3588 - Hexagonal 800 Silver Shield - Nickel Silver Guard and Pommel - Note that there is No Lanyard Hole unlike the Later Models which do have - Beautiful Stag Handles - No Cracks - When looking at the pictures of the knife you will see some scratches on the blade, there is a Protective layer of a varnish like substance that is starting to flake away in some spots and that is what you are seeing as the blade is just Perfect - 12 3/4 inches overall - 8 3/8 inch Blade.  The Smaller Knife is Tang Stamped Front: INOX PUMA-WERK Germany Best.Nr. 3587 Rear: Blank - Etched Front: PUMA NICKER vom WAIDBESTECK nach Oberforstmeister FREVERT Rear: HANDARBEIT - Beautiful Stag Handles - No Cracks - Nickel Silver Guard and Pommel  - Blade is just like New - 7 7/8 inches overall - 4 inch Blade.  Comes with the Original Grean Leather Sheath that holds both Knives (All the Straps are in Great Condition with No Cuts or Tears - There is some Color Loss as you can see in the pictures - Also someone has written what I would guess is there last name on the back) - No Box - Still has factory edge. Never sharpened, carried, or cleaned. No chips or cracks in handles.
