FRONT TANG STAMPS: The tang stamp is worn but it appears to say: A.W./WADSWORTH/& SONS/GERMANY

CONDITION:   Fair to Very Good

DAMAGE:   There is wear related and use related damage to this knife, including extensive blade loss dings and scratches to the blade and the handle as well as the initials RJ stamped on the handle.

BLADE WEAR:   Approx 25%

SNAP:   Good

ADDITIONAL INFO:             This stamping of A.G. Wadsworth & Sons with the XLNT tang stamp on the rear tang was a brand used by A. Kastor & Bros. Adolph Kastor was one of the Kastor brothers. In 1901 the Kastor brothers purchased The Sherwood Cutlery Company and built it into the Camillus Cutlery Company. The A.G. Wadsworth & Sons and XLNT was one of many tang stamps they used on knives imported from Germany, circa 1905-1936.

I know this knife is old and well used but it seems to have a great personality and I would like to see someone get this knife who can appreciate it and even use it.
