ADDITIONAL INFO:      I could not find much information on Iroquois cutlery. Bernard Levine, in LG4, dates it is 1930s – 1940s and says it may have been a manufacturer’s brand and was probably made by Utica Cutlery. John Goins, Goins Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings, dates the IROQUOIS/MADE IN U.S.A. tang stamp as 1920-1940.

If you collect the jackknife pattern or pre-World War II knives or if you’re like me and enjoy unusual and out of the ordinary brands, this knife would make a nice addition to your collection, and it won’t blow your knife budget for the month either.
