Excellent condition.

Very sturdy, no blade movement.

The plain edge has been previously sharpened.  The serrated section looks like it was not sharpened.

There are a couple of very small nicks (hard to see in photo) on the plain edge closer to the serrated section.  The end of the tip is a little blunt (see photos). Both small imperfections, the small nicks and the tip can be corrected with proper sharpening.  

The handle has a few small scuffs (see closeup photos) and the clip has some light scratches.
