Case 6111 Tested Green Bone Looks restored shield side is red bone. OUCH.
I wish I could say it was like some Case Classic prototypes salesmen's samples that displayed two different type or colours of handle materials, but this is probably not the case. It looks like someone replaced the shield side of the handles with a nice red bone. The opposite side is a nice green bone. The blade has been cleaned and appears full with some freckling. Nice and tight with no wobble, and the handles have no cracks or checks. The long C case tested is faint but there. There are no viable marking on the tang on the other side. This is one of the scarcer one with the short pull and the saber blade. It was the closest thing I cold get to a 6111 tested at the time. Still, a nice knife and I am sure somebody will find it a home.
Properly the cheapest tested knive on this site.
