This RARE, hard-to-find old TIME CORP(Waterbury/Timex) clock sits on a brass 3 1/2" x 2" base and has a face diameter of approximately 5".  The black rim, flower decorated case encloses a gold-numbered, flower decorated facee(see pics).  The aqua-light blue rear of the clock has a "regulator" set screw, a time set screw an alarm set button and, a wind-up mechanism(see pics).  The brass base is numbereed on the bottom:  5741(see pics).  The clock is approximately 5 1/2" tall.  Mechanically, the alarm system works.  The time keeping system is not owrking and appears to be over-wound - very tight - cannot be wound any more.  The clock is in nice condition - no scratches, dings, etc.  The Waterbury  Clock Company became the U.S. TIME CORP just before WWII and then, the TIMEX WATCH CO. in the 1950's.  Buyer to pay $15.00 for postage, insurance, packaging, transportation and, Paypal's share of the shipping.  No international shipping.
