Second is the Whittler by Rick (R.E.) Browne with Mammoth Ivory covers.  The knife features a three mirror finished blades, dovetailed stainless steel bolsters, springs, and liners.  The knife has stops.  The pull is around 5.  The is a very faint ding on the top of one of the bolsters.  There is all a scratch swirl on the non-nail nick side of the main clip point blade.  The knife is still listed on the Arizona Custom Knives website.  It has a few light scratches from carry.  It was listed for $595 and marked down to $345.  I am asking $275.  Will ship via USPS priority mail.
