From my personal collection comes this Russell Green River Works Congress made by Boker in Solingen Germany.  The scales are antique green sawcut bone that is chip and crack free.  The fluted bolsters add an exceptionally nice touch to the appearance.  The blades are most likely carbon steel since they do not say stainless or rostfrei.  The blades have never been resharpened or used and retain their factory edges.  Measures just a little over 4" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
