Case 6265 SAB SS. Is from the mid 1970's and has dots that are low in the frame and hard to be certain of. I think either 4 or 5. This knife came from the 127 yard sale in Kentucky. I think it has been buffed and cleaned and even perhaps taken apart and put back together. It is a rock, solid EDC type knife with tight blades and hard snap. About 5 1/4" long. Has been used and sharpened. Has small nicks onthe outer edge of spey blade.
