This is a Schatt and Morgan medium stockman made in 2007 for the 17th Keystone Series so there were only 600 made.  I'm a lover of stockman knives and these S&M medium stockmans are my favorite.  There is just something about the way these "feel" in hand that makes these my favorite.  The handles are some very nicely colored red jigged bone that is chip and crack free.  The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
