The handle materials are a higher quality and the carbon steel blades are 1095 carbon steel.  The bolsters are fancier and many have nickel silver liners and pins. Made very much like Schatt and Morgan's and in some ways better.  This Congress has stag handles that are chip and crack free.  The D2 carbon steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Fluted bolsters with nickel silver liners and brass pin.  The snap is weak on the two blades on the primary side and fine on the other side.   Measures 4" closed OAL.  Comes with the original box.
