The Texas Cowboy Series was made in Solingen, by Boker, for Houston based Lone Star Cutlery in the 1980’s. This was a 6 part series, each with a limited run of 300 knives. All of these knives featured 440C stainless steel blades, smooth Red Bone scales, serialized nickel silver bolsters, brass spacer and liners, Texas state shield and unique blade etch.

This knife is a trapper pattern, featuring a 3” clip point main blade with “The Wrangler” Western themed blade etch. The secondary spey blade also measures in at 3”, with an overall length of 4 1/8” closed. The main blade has excellent snap on open and close. The secondary blade has great snap on open, good snap on close. No wobble or play in either blade. Neither blade appears to show any signs of use or sharpening, maintaining factory edges. There are minor signs of wear on bolsters and scales, but free of any chips or cracks. Does not come with a box.
