This is a small vintage Western States 2-blade pocket knife with colorful multi-tone celluloid handles and nickel silver bolsters. Brass liners, steel blades.

Construction: Nickel silver bolsters, brass liners, multi-color celluloid scales
Both blades have patina and could use a cleaning. The knife has very little snap at present, but it may improve with a thorough cleaning and lubrication. No cracks in the handles, bolsters are solid.
A neat little Western States pocket knife—perfect for restoration or display in a collection of small celluloid-handled knives.
