This is a beautiful GEC made English Jack that measures a robust 4 1/2 inches closed.  The blades are carbon steel and open and close with excellent snap and no wobble.  The handles are Sucker Rod Wood and have a deep rich natural look to them.  The unique shield is in the shape of a wrench.  Knife is like new and comes in the original tube complete with the Coal Oil Johnny pin.  If you know GEC, then you know this is a quality knife through and through.
