Antique Sheffield Folding Knife – 1800s Era – Jigged Bone – Double Anchor Tang Stamp – 8½” Open – 5” Closed

This is an antique Sheffield-made folding knife dating to the late 1800s, based on the build style, jigging, and overall construction. It features rich jigged bone scales with a unique crosshatch pattern, steel bolsters (rear bolster is missing), and a carbon steel blade with a dark, natural aged patina.

The tang is stamped with a double anchor maker’s mark, a motif commonly used by smaller cutlers in Sheffield, England during the 19th century. Though the exact maker is unknown, the craftsmanship and styling strongly suggest Sheffield origin.
