Case x axe / knife combo blades, engage, and disengage from handle properly. There is some scuffing on the knife blade. It has been used, but I think that somebody that knows what they're doing. Can can buff those out pretty good, clean up the (Knife) pretty nice. Same thing goes with the blade as well it's pretty clean, after a professional cleaning I think it would just be immaculate. I think the best thing about this combo is the leather sheath it's hole it's clean. It's even got the the strapped that pulls the ax blade straight up most of those are broken off after a few years. This one's in good shape Stitching in the in the sheath is good. I don't see any places where it's been torn or repaired buckles are are good and they snap. This life isn't perfect, but it's got some potential ?
