This is an A.G. Russell agent knife with a Wharncliffe blade instead of the usual dagger blade.  The handles are shaved stag that is chip and crack free.  The 12C27 stainless steel blade has not been used or resharpened and retains its factory edge.  Ambidextrous thumb studs on both sides of the blade make for easy one hand operation of the knife.  There is a cut in the ricasso, which indicates that this knife is a cosmetic second.  I can only find one tiny flaw in this knife and it's a very slight gap between the stag slabs and the liners on the mark side of the knife, look at picture 5 closely to see it in the photo with the spine up.  All stainless steel construction with no brass on this knife.  Comes with the sheath pictured and no box.  Made in China to very high AGR standards.  Measures 3 3/4" closed OAL.  Locks up tight and easy release.  Free shipping within the USA.  No International shipping.
