Waltco SAF-T-SHEATH Outdoor Knife
Waltco SAF-T-SHEATH Outdoor Knife measure 4 1/2" closed. Goins' book dates this company to c.1956. Interesting butterfly type open and close. Scaler back blade appears to be lightly used and full. The bail type closure is not original and holds securely with the knife opened but is loose when the knife is closed. Brown plastic insert handles with no problems. Interesting and novel type knife from the 1950's.
