Here's an old West German Hubertus Knife made before the Berlin Wall came down in 1989. It's a large size 12 Slimline with Genuine Stag/Antler handles The knife appears to have never been used and of coarse it retains its original factory edge on the blade. The knife works perfectly the way it was designed and has no peek and sets deep in the handles, and is centered nicely. The knife is etched on the blade with Hubertus along with the Hubertus logo and Solingen. It also says Rostfrei Geschmiedet and W. Germany. The knife also has solid nickel silver grooved bolsters along with brass liners and pins. The size 12 slimline is about 7 3/4 inches long with the blade open.
