Here's a very rare Hubertus Knife that Henning Ritter made in 2001 to commemorate 911. This is a Guardian and this one is serial # 015 of only 200 that were ever made. I've had several of these over the years but this is the last one I have to sell. The knife has never been used and of coarse it retains its original factory edge. The blade is color etched with the German and American Flags and says Enduring Freedom. It also has the serial # 015 on the tang. The back of the blade is etched with Hubertus along with the Hubertus logo and Solingen. It also has ribbons and is etched with Limited Edition 1 of 200 The Guardian 2002 and Handcrafted in Germany. The Guardian has a floating swing guard on it and the knife works perfectly the way it was designed and fires with power and has no peek. Ritter used Black Micarta for handles on these knives. In addition it has solid nickel silver grooved bolsters and swing guard along with brass liners and pins. The Guardian is about 4 inches long in the closed position.
