If you've got the Schatts, you need this little doc to make you feel better.  It measures approximately 3 1/4 inches closed.  This two blade doctors knife has a main spear blade with long pull and some serious swedging, and a secondary pen blade.  Both blades open and close with good snap and no wobble.  Both blades are etched and both have half stops. The handles are beautiful worm grooved and jigged honey brown bone that is chip and crack free.  This knife comes like new in the box and has never been used, carried, or resharpened.  If you appreciate well made American cutlery, you're going to love this one.
