Schatt & Morgan is currently a brand manufactured by Queen Cutlery.  The original Schatt & Morgan knife manufacturer dates back to 1890.  In the late 1920s it ceased production & most assets were purchased by Queen.  

The knives marked with this brand both old & recent have always maintained a high standard of quality .  You can't go wrong with a Schatt & Morgan pocket knife.
