2 3/4" Italian Auto Stiletto, picklock, black plastic scales, NOS vintage collector knife, MICRO! c.1981

43 years old, from antique knife collection being liquidated by estate sale.  Stored open in paper wrapper since new purchase.  Works as new, with super-fast opening.  Picklock works well, but the tiny blade has the typical "micro-knife play" in the locked open position.

Lack of wear at sharply-edged pin hole in ricasso indicates lack of operation during forty-five years of storage in gun safe. Bayonet-grind blade; tiny peek (~1/32") not apparent in closeup photos.

This  "micro sized" Italian automatic stiletto is rare & collectible because it's made in Italy.... unlike the cheesy Chinese copies with the hollow scales.  Blade is stamped "Stainless Steel".

If you collect normal-size Italian stilettos, this functional "micro knife" is a must-have in your display case!
