Browning is a master outsourcing company.  You will find their mark on knives made by many different manufacturers in all areas of the world.  Many knives made with the company's trademark brand are quite collectible & sometimes valuable.  Some more  so than others; depending on who made them & where.

Browning is known mostly for their Arms division; an American maker of firearms and fishing gear founded in Morgan, Utah.  They have, of course  dabbled in most outdoors related industries (knives included).
