Beautiful antique VICTORIA (Victorinox) pocket knife.  Victoria was the name of Karl Elsener's mother and was used as a trademark in 1909.  The name Victorinox, a combination of Victoria and Inox (stainless), was used as a trademark years later after stainless steel replaced carbon steel.  This knife has carbon steel blades.  There is a bit of patina but the knife is in extremely well preserved condition.  Beautiful fiery mother of pearl covers.  One tiny pin crack in the pearl.  The blades are full.  The spring for the scissors is intact.  Good walk and talk.  Comes with original pouch but the clasp is broken.  The price is the same amount that I paid at auction with open bidding.  Very rare and hard to find early Victorinox knife.  Would be the centerpiece of most any collection of Victorinox Swiss army knives.
