Well, here's the deal. The Camillus 72 was introduced right after WWII - 1946. That's the best I can come up with. I haven't been able to find any that could be documented earlier than that. Camillus is the one that called it a "Carpenter's & Whittler's Knife". I didn't even know a Case 9367 existed.Mumbleypeg wrote: ↑Fri Dec 27, 2019 1:23 am Not sure when the Camillus 72 was first introduced (Jerry, you probably know) but the Case 9367 was only made for a short time during the Tested era (~1920-1945) and was never re-introduced. The Camillus 72 was apparently more popular. But I never heard anyone try to call the Case 9367 a whittler!![]()

Ken, glad you could add such a fine example to your pile of 67's. The 3 blade variant is hard to find.Mumbleypeg wrote: ↑Thu Dec 26, 2019 2:57 am Added a 9367 to the collection. As far as I know it was made only during the Tested era. I’m a sucker for swell center patterns. This one was a Christmas gift. Unless I missed it I could only find one other 9367 here on AAPK.
